1. How long does it take to receive my service?
Delivery times depend on the service purchased. Hosting setups are usually ready in 1–3 business days, while custom website designs may take 7–14 business days depending on complexity.
2. Do you provide physical products?
No, all our services are digital. Delivery is done via email, project files, or secure online links.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided work has not yet started. After that, partial refunds may apply depending on progress.
4. What is your refund policy?
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase. Completed or customized services may not be fully refundable.
5. Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes. We provide support for all our services. For hosting and design services, ongoing support options may also be available depending on the package purchased.
